Qui peut quand?

Find the date that works for everyone

Propose your dates, share one link, and everyone answers Yes, If needed, or No. The score adds itself up and the winning date stands out, no endless group text required.

Free for up to 8 dates per poll. No account required.

How it works

1

Propose your dates

Click the days that work for you on the little calendar, add a time if it matters. Two dates minimum, eight on the free plan.

2

Share ONE link

Just one link, by text or email. No account needed for anyone to answer.

3

The best date rises to the top

Everyone answers Yes, If needed, or No for each date. “If needed” counts as half an answer, and the winning date stands out on its own.

Your answers, out in the open. Your email, never.

A date poll gets decided together: everyone's first name and answer show up on the grid, that's what makes it possible to find a date that works for everyone. Email only ever gets used to let you know when the date is chosen, never shown to anyone.

No account

Not to organize, not to answer. A first name is all it takes to say when you're free.

Nothing to install

It works right in the browser, on a phone or a computer, like any link you'd open.

Your email stays private

It's only used to send your organizer link and to let you know when the date is chosen. Never shown, never passed along to anyone.

For every occasion looking for a date

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?
Yes. You can propose up to 8 dates per poll, for free. Beyond that, unlock unlimited dates for $5.99 CAD, a single payment, no subscription.
Do I need an account to organize or to answer?
No, neither you nor your guests. You get your organizer link by email when you create the poll, and each guest only needs a first name to answer.
How do guests answer?
They open your link and click Yes, If needed, or No for each proposed date. They see everyone's answers on the grid right away, and can change their own anytime.
How does “If needed” count?
It counts as half an answer in each date's score, half as much as a plain Yes. It's often what settles two dates that are nearly tied.
How many dates can I propose?
At least two, so there's a real choice to settle, and up to 8 on the free plan. The number of guests who answer never has a cap.
What happens when I close the poll?
You pick the winning date, or let the best score decide. Every guest who left an email gets a “It's decided!” note with the date and time; the grid stays visible as a keepsake.
Does it work with Qui sera là??
Yes. Once your poll is closed, create your invitation on quiserala.ca in one click: the winning date, location, and title are already filled in.
Do guests see my email, or do I see theirs?
Never. Emails never leave the app: they're only used to send you your organizer link and to notify everyone once the date is chosen.
