Qui peut quand?

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

The service

Qui peut quand? helps you find a date that works for everyone behind a single link: the organizer proposes dates (with an optional time for each), and each person publicly answers Yes, Maybe, or No for every date, first name attached. For free, a poll can hold up to 8 proposed dates; unlocking that poll is a one-time payment of $5.99 CAD, with no subscription or renewal. The number of people who respond and the number of polls are never limited.

Acceptable use

The service is meant for coordinating a get-together among consenting people. Only add lawful content, and never enter someone else's email without their consent. Fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or illegal use of the service is not allowed.

The organizer can remove a date, a response, or the entire poll at any time from their organizer link. Each person who responded can edit or remove their own response with their personal link.

Your poll is yours

You keep all rights to your poll's content (title, dates, welcome message). We only use it to display it to people holding the public link.

Refunds

Ran into a problem with the unlock? Write to us within 30 days and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

Liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We do our best to keep your page reachable through the chosen day (and after), but don't leave things until the last minute before an important get-together. The date that emerges only reflects the responses submitted by invitees, without verification on our part: we confirm no one's availability.
